Day 1: Reception at the airport Belgrade, transfer to hotel, dinner and overnight.
Day 2-4: Hunting days, hunt from blinds, small driving hunts and by foot, return to the
hotel and overnight.
Day 5: After breakfast transfer to Novi Sad (if previously not accommodated in Novi
Sad), arrival at the hotel and departure for a tour of several Orthodox
monasteries on Fruska Gora, lunch on the way. Arrival to Novi Sad in the
afternoon and visit of the city and Petrovaradin fortress. Diner in some local
restaurant or in hotel, overnight.
Day 6. After breakfast transfer to Belgrade, visit Kalemegdan fortress with military
museum, orthodox Temple of Saint Sava and tour of the city, lunch in one of
the famous restaurants in Belgrade, return in Novi Sad in the afternoon and
free time, dinner and overnight.
Day 7. Transfer to the airport for departure
Description of the hunt:
Hunting on Wild boar will be done from blinds, small driving hunt and by foot.
PRICE: 6.600 US$ for 2 hunters or 1 hunter and 1 observer
INCLUDED:
6 nights, 3 hunting days, 2 tourism days, 1 wild boar with tusks up to 14 cm, assistance for
settlement of customs formalities at Belgrade airport in arrival and departure, use of 4x4
vehicle during the stay, lodging and full board in 3-4*** hotels or hunting lodges, assistance
of professional hunter and local game keepers, field preparation of trophies.
NOT INCLUDED:
Airfare tickets, upgrade for bigger trophy – up to 16 cm 600 US$, up to 20 cm 1.300 US$,
more than 20 cm 1.750 US$, rent a rifle with ammo 150 US$ for hunt, VAT 20% (be added
on donation value and total bill), Serbian hunting license 140 US$, official measurement
35 US$ per trophy, cape 100 US$, single 4x4 vehicle for hunt 200 US$ per day, packing,
export documentation and sending of trophies, tips, drinks and gratuities.

Wine tasting tour – daily tour with included visit of 3 wineries around Novi Sad, with the
assistance of a person who is an expert in wine-sommelier, lunch in some nice restaurant
in Novi Sad, English speaking driver with luxury car 350 US$ (per person) or 550 US$ (for
2 persons) or 750 US$ (for 3 persons).
Historic tour – daily tour with included visit of Viminacium (ancient Roman city), Golubac
(medieval fortress on the Danube) and Monastery Tumane, with English speaking guide and
driver with luxury car and lunch in nice restaurant on Silver lake (tourist resort) 550 US$ (per
person) or 700 US$ (for 2 persons) or 800 US$ (for 3 persons).
Trophy fee for 5 Roe deer females - in one day (up to January 31) 450 US$, mixed bag
hunting (2 hare and 5 pheasants included, up to December 15) 400 US$, pheasant hunting
day (5 pheasants included, up to January 31) 350 US$.

Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!
Firearms: All firearms purchases must be picked up within 60 days of the auction
Shipping: Buyer are responsible for the shipping costs for any item purchased.
Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Chapter reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
