This is a self-guided pronghorn antelope hunt in the high plains desert, on one of Wyoming's largest ranches, 25 miles south of Gillette, Wyoming. This is a free-range hunt on private land in Area 23 which has the largest population of antelope in the country. The hunt takes place October 1-3, 2023. Hunters are usually successful on the first day. Bob Taylor has many years of experience hunting in this area and will see that the hunter is assisted on the ranch with the skinning and preparation for taxidermy as well as meat processing.
The winning bidder will be responsible to apply for the license by March 31, 2023, which historically has been a 100% approved draw. They also will be responsible for transportation to Gillette, lodging and meals. Bob can advise on these details. One additional hunter may be added for a cost of $1500.00.
