Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donations may not be combined on one trip unless outfitters agree prior to auction.
Experience the thrill of pursuing trophy-class mule deer on 3,000 acres of meticulously managed private land in eastern Utah. This archery-only hunt offers a unique opportunity to test your skills in a pristine and game-rich environment. With limited hunter access the winning bidders will enjoy a personalized and unforgettable hunting adventure.
The hunt will take place in the foothills of the Uintah Mountains near Tridell, Utah. This private land boasts diverse terrain, “sagebrush flats, hay fields, corn fields and winter wheat.” Ideal for mature mule deer.
The hunt itinerary:
Day 1: Hunters travel to Tridell, Utah. Outfitter transports to hunting ranch, hunter orientation, and afternoon scouting.
Days 2-4: Full days of archery hunting. Guided hunts will focus on hunting over established water sources and travel corridors. Also spot and stalk opportunities, all with a professional guide who knows the deer herd and their behavior characteristics.
Day 5: Morning hunt followed by deer dressing and trophy preparation. Departure from lodge.
Included: 5 days guided archery hunting on private land (hunters’ option for one guide or two), experienced local guide, comfortable wall-tent accommodations, trophy fees for 2 mule deer bucks, home-cooked meals and drinks, transportation in hunting area, and trophy field prep
Not Included: Extended archery season leftover permits (available OTC. Receiving this permit will remove any deer preference points) and hunting license, hunting clothing and archery equipment, transportation to Tridell, Utah, meat processing and taxidermy are available at extra cost, alcoholic beverages, and gratuities to guides and staff
Available Upgrades: Hunt may be extended for $250/hunter/day
