We want hunters and outfitters to have a positive experience.
Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donations may not be sold, transferred, or combined on one trip with another hunt unless outfitters and chapter agree prior to auction.
This package of hunts, firearms, and hunting gear is available only to in-person banquet attendees and may be viewed on a table near the stage. Merchandise and hunts may be shared among family and friends. Hunts may not be sold, traded, or given to non-family or non-friends.

Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the quality, quantity, or fitness for any use of any merchandise, as all are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI has not inspected or tested any merchandise and Purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for the testing and use of the merchandise.
