Trip Package Includes: 2 Hunters, 3 professionally guided quail hunts with dogs, 2 nights lodging (double occupancy) with all meals prepared by an onsite chef, 8 birds per hunt/per hunter (24 birds in total), Private hunting properties with Bobwhite and Blue Quail, Bird Processing and packaging, · Exotics Ranch Tour with side-by-side UTV’s with Exotics Guide/Biologist, Access to a Sporting Clays shooting course and a 1600-yard-long rifle range, Hanger Entertainment – TV, Ping-Pong, Big Buck Hunter, Corn Hole, Cards and Non-alcoholic drinks. Certificates can be used 7 days a week, October through December. Airport transfers both ways from San Angelo. Hunting parties consist of 4 hunters and 1 guide. Not included: Airfare, Texas Hunting License, ammunition, alcoholic beverages (guests may bring their own beverages), staff and guide gratuities. Additional birds may also be acquired with each hunt. Hunting party upgrades, Helicopter Pig Hunts, Whitetail, Exotics, and Predator hunts, gun rentals, and additional quail hunters can be added if space is available. Upgrades to 1 guide to 2 hunters available. Costs associated with each of the aforementioned items are the responsibility of the purchaser. No children under the age of 12 are permitted on the Ranch. South Dakota does have a state sales tax rate of 4.5% and the City of Rapid City has a city sales tax rate of 2%. The Greater Dacotah Chapter - SCI is not required to collect the state or city sales tax per the State Department of Revenue.

Where shipping is required, it will be the bidder’s responsibility to pay for the packaging and shipping.
Any firearms shipments, the purchaser will have to pay the transfer fees to the FFL Dealer and provide a copy of the FFL Dealer license to First Stop Gun Shop in Rapid City, SD.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
SCI-GDC is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-GDC has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-GDC does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-GDC donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-GDC with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-GDC within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-GDC does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of SCI-GDC or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-GDC and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-GDC and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-GDC or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
SCI-GDC. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-GDC reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
