This Tanzania 10-day Cape Buffalo and Plains game hunt from Professional Hunter Pano Calavrias and Pano Hunting. It is for one hunter in the Selous Game Reserve or Masailand. This is an amazing opportunity to hunt the way it used to be!
This is a wilderness dangerous game hunt in a remote area with an exceptionally comfortable camp and well-trained staff. This is a classic East African Hunting experience that should not be missed! No animals or trophy fees are included in this donation!
Included in the hunt are Professional Hunter, 4x4 hunting vehicle, full staff, all accommodations while on the 10-day hunt, block fees, all meals while in camp, airport pickup on day of arrival.
Not included in the donation are the hunting license, government fees, and 1 x firearm, all travel (ex. international airfare and camp transfer of your choice from Airport to remote hunting area), and all trophy fees & tips. The winning bidder is welcome to upgrade the hunt to include: Lion, Leopard, Selous or Masai animals as available on license and price list. Observers are welcome at $350 per day, and extra hunting days for the game are possible contact Pano.

SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL – SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER (SCI-SFC)
The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCI-SFC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCI-SFC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCI-SFC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCI-SFC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCI-SFC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCI-SFC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCI-SFC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. SCI-SFC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
• SCI-SFC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the SCI-SFC for auction items would be tax deductible.

12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR SCI-SFC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the SCI-SFC Fundraiser, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the SCI-SFC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The SCI-SFC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of SCI-SFC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by SCI-SFC. If a refund or credit is approved by the SCI-SFC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to SCI-SFC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of SCI-SFC and all Board decisions are final.
