4 Aces Outfitters, one of the leading providers of hunts in Spain, has donated this 3-day 1 hunter hunt to the Greater Dacotah Chapter for its annual banquet and fundraising event.
This donation is for a South Eastern Ibex. Your host and guide will be Jose Marie Aranda who continues to guide hunters, every year, to impressive animals that qualify for the SCI record book. The hunting trip can be extended to include additional animals and days per current price list. Extra hunters, as well as non-hunters are welcomed at $850 per hunter per day and $500 per non-hunter per day.
Your point of arrival and departure will be Madrid, Spain. From there you will proceed to a hunting area appropriate to the species. The hunt will provide you with a bronze medal level animal. You can select to upgrade this to a silver or gold per current pricing.
All expenses incurred before or after the hunt are not included in this offering. Additionally, there is a $200 permit and a $200 license fee that will be the buyers responsible. As with all European hunts a 21% VAT, on the value of the hunt, will be assessed. If you elect to use your own firearm a current Department of Homeland Security US Customs & Border Protection for 4457 is required. A firearms permit is required prior to arrival in Spain. The application request is filed with the Spanish Embassy in Washington DC.
Here is a rare opportunity to harvest trophy class animals not normally available outside a national convention. Combine this with extra days to see and visit world class historical and cultural sites and events. This is a hunt and opportunity you cannot afford to pass up.

Where shipping is required, it will be the bidder’s responsibility to pay for the packaging and shipping.
Any firearms shipments, the purchaser will have to pay the transfer fees to the FFL Dealer and provide a copy of the FFL Dealer license to First Stop Gun Shop in Rapid City, SD.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
SCI-GDC is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-GDC has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-GDC does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-GDC donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-GDC with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder by email (if email address is on file) within 30 days of the auction date.
SCI-GDC does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety at the completion of the auction.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of SCI-GDC or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-GDC and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-GDC and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-GDC or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
SCI-GDC. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-GDC reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up at any time up to the start of the auction.
