· 3 days of pheasant hunting
· 4 nights lodging
· 4 bird daily limit per hunter
· 7,000+ acres of private hunting land
· All meals
· Professional guide with dogs (famous Thunderstik Dogs)
· Bird Processing
· Daily maid service
Not included: Airfare, Transportation, hunting license, liquor/alcoholic beverages (guest may bring their own beverages), ammunition, and staff and guide gratuities. This trip is for 4 hunters only. Additional hunters can be added for an additional fee. Shotguns are available for rent and ammunition can be purchased on site. Costs associated with all of the aforementioned items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Hunt is good for 24 months from 6/28/25, but the reservation must be place within 12 months of 6/28/2025

Auction items not paid in full this evening will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Arizona Chapter of SCI and bidders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
The goods covered by this auction are sold as is with all faults and defects and without any express or implied warranties on the part of the Arizona Chapter of SCI, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
