What:
6 Nights, 7 Days for 2 Hunters and 2 Observers. 1x Zebra 1x Impala 1x Blesbuck. IT IS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED TO ADD ADDITIONAL DAYS, PEOPLE AND ANIMALS TO THIS TRIP.
When:
Hunt is valid for 2025 and 2026.
Includes:
1. Lodging, meals, laundry, cleaning services and soft beverages.
2. Hunting guide and tracker/skinner.
3. All trophy preparations prior to taxidermy pickups.
4. All trophy permits required for exports.
Excludes:
1. Arrival and departure days together with airport transfers at $200 pp per trip.
2. Gratuities to staff members after hunt.
3. Alcoholic beverages.
4. All taxidermy work, mounting and shipping of animals hunted.
5. Rifle and ammunition rental.
Rules and Regulations:
1. No back-to-back hunts are to be conducted.
2. No donated hunts/trips are to be combined/added to any other donations from Deko Safaris,
or any other safari outfit.
3. All prices on our website regarding hunting, excursions, activities, rentals, accommodation etc.
are subject to change seasonally with inflation.
4. Prices of all activities and hunting outside the donated package will be charged at the prices on
the pricelist of the current year in which the hunt is conducted.
5. No animals or activities included in the donation are to be exchanged with or to be used as
credit towards any other animals hunted.
6. All our prices are excluded of South African government taxes, and a 15% VAT tax will be added
to the account as per South African Government Laws.
7. Donated hunt is valid for 2025 and 2026.
8. All prices subject to change without prior notice.
9. Donated animals to be shared between hunters.

PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them.
Online bidders: The Purchaser (winning bidder) of any merchandise items will be responsible for the cost, with payment in advance, of any shipping, crating, packaging and insurance associated with delivery.

Any warranties with respect to items, hunts or trips are those solely and expressly supplied by the manufacturer or donor. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer, shall be the purchaser. In case of dispute between bidders, the auctioneer, shall have the sole and final discretion to determine the successful bidder
It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
All sales are final and there will be no exchanges or refunds
