We want hunters and outfitters to have a positive experience.
Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donated hunts may not be combined with other hunts on one trip unless chapter and outfitter agrees prior to auction.
5% buyer’s premium added to winning bid and 3.4% credit card fee for credit card purchases.
Nicus Janse van Rensburg and Fair Chase Safaris have once again generously donated a fantastic South African Safari. This time 7 days for 4 hunters including a premium plains game trophy for each hunter. Each hunter may select a Blue Wildebeest, Black Wildebeest, Hartebeest, or Mountain Reedbuck.
Nicus focuses on an all-around Safari experience catered to the individual tastes of clients and their families. He is committed to showing guests South African hospitality and helping hunters make memories that will last a lifetime. This wholistic approach combined with exceptional trophy quality is why the percentage of retuning clients is very high.
This adventure will take place on large concessions in the Free State Province noted for exceptional trophy quality plains game. The four hunters will be guided (2 X 1) by Nicus and an additional experienced and qualified Professional Hunter.
Included: 7 days daily rates (including day of arrival and day of departure), trophy fees for one animal per hunter (one trophy from these options: Black Wildebeest, Blue Wildebeest, Hartebeest, or Mountain Reedbuck), hunting licenses, all field preparation of trophies, delivery of trophies to taxidermist, all safari camps and accommodation (with daily laundry), all meals and drinks, local beers, and other selected alcohol, experienced and qualified PH services, hunting vehicle and all transportation costs within hunting areas, complete support crew, and the 15% VAT
Not included: airport transfers ($200 round trip per client), international and domestic flights, any hotel accommodations, meals and liquor outside of camps or hunting areas, shipping and taxidermy, cost of touring, sightseeing, shopping, or any additions to the confirmed safari itinerary, CITES and/or TOPS permits, firearm import/export permit assistance at the airports, and gratuities for the staff and Professional Hunters
Available upgrades: Extra days ($400-$500 per day depending on number of hunters), observers ($300 per day), rifle hire ($30 per day). Ammunition and additional trophies are available according to the price list.

Hunts, Trips, Services. All hunts, trips, and services are provided solely by the “Third Party.” SCI does not perform any of the services related to travel or any hunt, trip, or service, as all are the responsibilities of the Third Party and Purchaser. Any negotiations or changes or additions to the “Description, Third Party/Merchandise” is strictly between the Third Party and Purchaser.
Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the quality, quantity, or fitness for any use of any merchandise, as all are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI has not inspected or tested any merchandise and Purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for the testing and use of the merchandise.
