Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donated hunts may not be combined with other hunts on one trip unless chapter and outfitter agrees prior to auction.
5% buyer’s premium added to winning bid and 3.4% credit card fee for credit card purchases.
Fanie Steyn of Thaba Mmoyo Safaris is donating this FREE-RANGE Cape Buffalo hunt for one hunter including trophy fees and ten days accommodations in Limpopo, South Africa. This hunt is for 2026 only.
For over twenty years Fanie has been guiding clients in South Africa and particularly on this free-range concession. It is situated next to Greater Kruger National Park with the Elephants River as it’s southern boundary. The area is well known for its majestic Elephant herds, and you may bump into a Lion or two while hunting Buffalo. While sitting around the fire at night you will hear the Lions, Leopard, Hyena and Hippo. A truly remarkable experience.
Included: Ten days daily rates for one hunter, trophy fees for Cape Buffalo Bull, PH (1X1), accommodations in a luxury camp on the banks of the Elephants River, chef-prepared meals and drinks (hot and cold beverages, and alcoholic drinks in moderation), day of arrival and departure, transfer from and to Polokwane International Airport, hunting permits and licenses, trophy field prep, and transport to taxidermist
Not included: Airfare, hotels (if required), rifle import license (if hunters elect to bring personal rifle), firearms rental ($35/day plus ammo), trophy dip, pack, and ship, and gratuities
Available upgrades: Additional days for hunters at $450/day and nonhunters at $195/day, additional species at outfitter’s list price.
Dates: Available dates in 2026 (This hunt was originally listed for 2025 or 2026 with the hunter paying an extra $500 for a 2026 option. 2026 is now the only available time and the winning bidder will need to pay the outfitter $500 in addition to whatever else is paid to outfitter)

Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties.
