Join Professional Hunter Graham Sales of Graham Sales Safaris Pty. Ltd, winner of the prestigious PHASA “Uncle Stevie” award in 2004 and 2007 as well as the PHASA “Professional Hunter of the year” award in 2018 on a 7-day Safari on a WORLD HERITAGE SITE - Songimvelo Nature Reserve which is also South Africa’s largest Provincial Nature Reserve.

Included in the donation:
• Two hunters to join Graham Sales Safaris for 7 full hunting days.
• $3,500 credit towards trophy fees per hunter.
• All meals, bottled water, and soft drinks during your Safari.
• Services of experienced, fully licensed Professional Hunter, field, and camp staff.
• Transportation during the contracted Safari in a well maintained, fully equipped Land Cruiser Safari vehicle.
• Field preparation of trophies.
• Transportation of trophies to Life Form Taxidermy in South Africa.
Excluded in the donation:
• Alcoholic beverages.
• Arrival day fee of $375 / person.
• Community conservation levy of $108 / person / day.
• Government taxes of $1,095.
• Gratuities to staff and Professional Hunter.
• Free range hunting permit $220 / hunter.
Note: We require each hunter to take at least one large species which can either be; Black Wildebeest, Blue Wildebeest, Eland, Giraffe, Kudu, Red Hartebeest, Waterbuck or Zebra.

Liability: Safari Club International – Hawaii Chapter has exercised reasonable care in the selection of auction items and raffles; however, it accepts no liability for the use or misuse and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!
Firearms: All firearms purchases must be picked up within 60 days of the auction
Shipping: Buyer are responsible for the shipping costs for any item purchased.
Live Auction
The auctioneer will facilitate bidding on live auction items, through both bids on the floor, and bids via this online hunting auction website. In case of a disputed bid, the bid may be re-opened at the discretion of the auctioneer whose decision is final. The Chapter reserves the right of refusal on any item.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
