2 Hunters and 2 Non-Hunters for 8-Day Safari
The 2 hunters will each have 2 trophies with a choice between a Blue Wildebeest and an impala or a Zebra and an Blesbuck or a credit of $2300 toward trophy fees per hunter. This hunt is for 5 days of hunting for 2 hunters on a 2x1 guide basis and 3 observer days which can be upgraded to hunt and fish. Included are 8 observer days for 2 non-hunters which could be upgraded to hunt and fish. Includes: lodging, meals, field prep trophies and transport to shipper. Fishing can be done from their boats on the adjacent Palala River.
Not included: Airfare, accommodations prior to and after safari, CITIES permits, gun permit, dip and pack. Arrival and departure day is $250 per person per day, road transfer @ $750 per vehicle (4 pax). Extra hunters welcome at $435/day 1x1 or $335 2x1, non-hunters at $250/day. Fly into OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. Hunt can be taken in 2024 or 2025. SPECIAL NOTES: A $1000 non-refundable deposit per hunter which will be credited to your safari account to confirm safari dates and quota. Any requested alternative hunting areas will be at normal daily rates. NO BACK-TO-BACK COMBINATION OF HUNT DONATIONS. Sunday is a day of rest and charged at observer rate. Alcohol, wine, malt and soft drinks excluded. Please consider a voluntary $50 donation towards anti-poaching. THIS DONATION CANNOT BE SHARED BETWEEN A FAMILY FATHER/SON/MOTHER/DAUGHTER, IT MUST BE 2 SEPARATE FAMILIES. Terms of business: As per Bronkhorst Safaris brochure and price list. - We discourage buying two or more hunts and then trying to string them together or take back-to-back unless you get prior approval from the outfitter.

TERMS OF SALE
1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and the identity of the purchaser of any item.
2.DISPUTED BID: If after the auctioneer declares any item 'sold', a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
4.By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5.The purchaser is responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt or trip, and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations is allowed. Consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the regular price. Please remember to thank the outfitter for their support of the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of SCI.
6.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
7.If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
