South Africa
2 Hunters and 2 Non-Hunters for 7-Day Safari
The seven hunting days will be in the Northwest Province of South Africa. Includes Trophy fees for: 1 Blue Wildebeest, 1 Red Hartebeest, 1 Zebra, 1 Impala and 1-Blesbuck to be shared by the two hunters. Method of take is rifle only, 30-06 caliber or bigger. Alternative weapon to bring is a shotgun for bird shooting. An export permit from the US is required to bring any weapons into South Africa. Arrival/Departure point will be Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport. Includes: Meals and accommodations during the 7 days within hunting area, 2x1 Guide, transportation during hunts, and field preparation of trophies. Not Included: Airfare, costs for arrival/departure days and airport transfers (charged @US $210 per person per day excluding 14% tax), dipping and shipping of trophies. Hunters can upgrade for extra trophies, additional hunting or touring days at normal rates. WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT THE OUTFITTER WITHIN 3-MONTHS OF PURCHASING THE HUNT TO RESERVE DATES FOR THEIR SAFARI. Safari tours to Botswana, Kruger Park, Pilanesberg Park and other destinations can be arranged at extra cost. This is a Safari Hunt package. No credit will be allowed towards a photographic safari. This hunt is available for the 2024 or 2025 season. We thank Jacques Senekal for his generous 100% donation.

- We discourage buying two or more hunts and then trying to string them together or take back-to-back unless you get prior approval from the outfitter.

TERMS OF SALE
1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and the identity of the purchaser of any item.
2.DISPUTED BID: If after the auctioneer declares any item 'sold', a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
4.By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5.The purchaser is responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt or trip, and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations is allowed. Consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the regular price. Please remember to thank the outfitter for their support of the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of SCI.
6.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
7.If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
