Services - All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by LVSCI. THE LVSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES.
