THE GOODS COVERED BY THIS INVOICE ARE SOLD AS IS WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE APRT OF THE LVSCIO INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF FITNESS AND MERCHANTABILITY. Services - All services covered by this invoice have been acquired and obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by LVSCI. THE LVSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, LVSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN LVSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM.
