Ross Hammock Ranch, centrally located in the State of Florida, has the necessary size and ideal habitat to support native and exotic game hunting. RHR’s central location in Florida’s prime hunting zone is just one of the reasons that Sportsmen and Sportswomen consistently describe RHR as the best place to hunt in Florida! First, upon arrival to RHR, our hunting guides will work with you on either the rifle range or the 3D archery range to be sure you are sighted in and ready to hunt. Second, the privately owned hunting property that you will hunt on is very unique. With 4,000 plus acres owned and/or leased, it is approximately 5 to 10 times the size of the other average hunting preserves in Florida. This helps to ensure your hunt is safe, challenging, and with abundant flora and fauna! The uniqueness of Ross Hammock Ranch goes beyond these points.
You can hunt the hogs with your weapon of choice albeit bow, shotgun, rifle, crossbow, or pistol. We offer three different hunt methods as well. We have dozens of tree stands, box blinds, and ground blinds set up over feeders, food plots, cut-overs and travel routes, or you can hunt the hogs “safari-style”, as you drive and glass the 20+ miles of logging roads on the ranch. When hogs are spotted, we will position you down wind for a very exciting spot and stalk method of hunting. Lastly, for those that prefer, we offer the option of hunting Florida wild boar with bay dogs as well. Many clients use two or even all three methods in one day, and it is not unusual to have the opportunity to score on multiple hogs in one day.
The Ross Hammock Ranch hunting lodges are clearly the best in the state of Florida. The ranch offers the “Cypress Log Lodge” where guests have their own private bedrooms, or clients may choose the additional privacy of a stand-alone cabin or bunkhouse. Note that our main lodge, called the Cypress Log Lodge is a very special place with a theatre room, billiards room, sports bar, indoor and outdoor fire places, etc., and loaded with mounts, wildlife art and wildlife statues. The RHR staff keeps the lodge very clean and serves the clients wonderful meals and drinks also offer terrific, guided fishing, bow fishing, alligator hunting, and much much more for both the hunter and the non-hunter in your group.
BAY DOGS – This option is available on our trophy wild Boar hunts. We bring in a specialized guide and team of dogs that are trained in locating, chasing, and then “baying up” a “tusky” wild boar and then getting you into position for a clean shot.

All meals, snacks, drinks, licenses, guides, cook/maid service, one night’s lodging in the fantastic RHR Cypress Log Lodge, use of 3D archery & rifle ranges, ranch vehicles, fuel, and basic skin/quarter/ clean/ice down of game taken. It also includes use of the pack of RHR bay dogs (the real heroes) that will insure a successful and very exciting hunt! It is customary to tip the guide, and if you spend the night, to also tip the cook / maid. A license is required but if you do not have one, no need to buy one because it is included in the daily fee. Taxidermy is included in your daily fee we will skin the animal out (however there is an extra fee for extremely large game like buffalo). You may leave it with our ranch taxidermist, who can do the complete taxidermy project, or just complete the capeing process, or you may take it with you. Free of charge we will provide a loaner rifle and ammunition. If you are driving in, we are only 45 minutes west of Interstate I-75. If you are arriving on a personal aircraft, a local airstrip (Crystal River Airport) is only 15 minutes from our lodge, and WE PICK YOU UP directly on the tarmac.
• NOT INCLUDED: Airport Pickup from public airports (for those guests flying in on commercial airlines, we suggest either the Tampa or Orlando International Airports), tips, ammunition, trophy fees for game taken or wounded expect first hog taken in group. The winners of this hunt may add additional wild hogs, or other game, and/or add additional guests, or nights at RHR published pricing.

NOTE: RHR is up for sale. HUNT DONATION IS VALID FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS FROM DATE OF EVENT. Should the ranch sell prior to the auction winner conducting the hunt at RHR and should the new owner of RHR no longer wish to operate the outfitter portion of the business, RHR reserves the right to promptly return the $500 reserve deposit to SCI in its entirety, and there would then be no further re-sponsibilities, between the parties.

“SCINFM” (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Naples-Ft. Myers Chapter of Safari Club International. The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgment at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCINFM will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCINFM may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCINFM reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCINFM reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
8. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. SCINFM does not guarantee or warrant that trophy animals, or that any animals will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance and satisfaction on the part of the buyer for the acquired hunt. SCI Ft. Myers-Naples Chapter has all rights to change the Starting Bid and Bid Increments if no bids have been placed.
9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCINFM will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCINFM`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCINFM does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. All Hunt Donors must provide the number of days agreed upon in the donation, provide the opportunity to hunt all species indicated in the donation, provide any and all ancillary items and services indicated in the donor agreement. Items listed in this auction offer the buyer discount values and some items have a minimum bid and or specific restrictions. All bids are a binding contract to pay for your bid. Travel expenses including air fare and accommodations before or after a bid item are not included unless specifically stated otherwise. Taxidermy, pack and ship fees for trophies are not included unless stated otherwise. United States hunts do not include license fees. Some countries may charge a tax on the value of the trip. South African concessions are subject to a VAT tax, currently 14%. Most countries in Europe have a VAT tax that varies by country. Transfers on a bid item are not included unless stated otherwise. Some items have specific dates of use that are binding. SCINFM may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding, and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. SCINFM is a 501(c) (4) organization. Consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility and exceptions for your contribution.
12. NON-WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY. GOODS - All goods sold have been gifted, acquired, or obtained by the SCI from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by SCI and that the purchaser is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bows, bullets, or other weapons, to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods are sold as is, with all faults and defects, and without any expressed, or implied warranty on the part of SCI, including but not limited to warranties of fitness and merchantability. SCI accepts no responsibility or liability for the products’ design or use. Any written warranties with respect to the goods delivered to the purchaser are those solely of the manufacturer of same. SERVICES - All services sold have been gifted, acquired or obtained from and are to be furnished by third parties. No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by SCI. SCI shall bear no responsibility for the delivery or quality of any such services or for any loss or damage arising from, related to or connected with the performance of, or non-performance of, such services. The purchaser further acknowledges that in the event services purchased are outside of the United States, SCI cannot be responsible or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the confines of the United States nor can SCI be held accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise therefrom. Purchaser further acknowledges that the purchase is non-refundable under any and all circumstances and that should legal action be required to collect for the goods or services purchased by the invoice, then the prevailing party shall be responsible for any and all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. The sales and the terms and conditions hereof apply to and are binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of both parties. A sales invoice contains the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except by a written instrument subsequently executed by the parties here to.
