1 Hunter for Whitetail Deer Hunt and 1 Echo 3 Ordnance Rifle
This is a 3-day semi-guided Whitetail deer hunt with Trophy Room Adventures at their South Lodge in Adams County Ohio on December 5-9, 2024 only. Ohio non-resident hunter license and either sex deer tag is available over the counter with cost approximately $260. The package includes 1 Echo 3 Ordnance rifle in either 350 Legend or 450 Bushmaster, per hunter's choice.
Includes: 5 days and 4 nights lodging, supper meals on hunt days, stands already in place over established bait sites, and transportation to and from the field. Lodging is bunkhouse style with a main house that has a kitchen, living room, and game room. Hot supper meals await each hunter after the days hunt is done. A shooter buck is 130 B&C gross or at least 4.5 years old. As long as buck meets one of those requirements, you can shoot however large of a buck you want and pay nothing more. You will be hunting corn and soybean fields, as well as food plots, hardwoods and thickets.

1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and the identity of the purchaser of any item.
2.DISPUTED BID: If after the auctioneer declares any item 'sold', a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
4.By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5.The purchaser is responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt or trip, and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations is allowed. Consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the regular price. 6.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
7.If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
