Logistics: Fly into Hosea Kutako International Airport / WINDHOEK ( WDH ) Airport which is the capital of Namibia.
Once landed in Windhoek Airport our local staff will meet you and transfer to the lodge, is one and a half hour drive.
Lodge Accommodations: Luxury chalets with warm water, electricity, heaters and comforters. Experience nature on your doorstep, wake-up refreshed in the morning and watch as oryx, hartbeest and warthog graze around the camp at night. All the chalets face a permanent waterhole, 50 meter away where game come to drink water at night. The accommodation includes three meals a day, snacks, refreshments, daily laundry service, cell phone reception and wifi (internet) services
Hunting Area: We have over 100 000 hectares of hunting area. Mostly spot walk and stalk.
Most of the hunts are Two on One guided. We use 4x4 trucks to move in between the hunting areas and then we spot and stalk.
Sometimes we travel between 10 to 30 minutes to different hunting areas.
Some areas we have are mainly for bow hunters where we have blinds over water holes and baits.

A deposit of U$ 500 Per Guest to confirm Dates.
This deposit will be credit towards: Government tags per trophy, Extra Trophies, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Transfers.
Extra Trophies Not included in the Donation:
Important NOTE: Our program requires that each of the 3 hunters takes at least 1 extra trophy outside the donation package. The donation is only valid for 3 hunters.
A 50 % Deposit towards the extra trophy fees outside the donation is required to apply for the Government Trophy Tags for the Season. (This can be discussed with us during booking)
(If the hunter doesn't apply for the Tags there is a chance to be limit on there number of trophies to be harvest.) Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival. Trophies that are not hunted will be refund.

Delivery of trophies to local taxidermist or shipping agent .

Not included in the daily rates:
Hunting License U$ 150 per Hunter
Cost per animal hunted and fees for animals wounded and lost.
Rented rifle ( U$ 25 per day. Ammunition will be charged extra) Any damages to the rifle or accessories will be charged to the clients account at replacement cost
Transport from International Airport to lodge and back. (U$100 per truck Round Trip.)
Ammunition will be charged extra and is charged by the box once opened

The preparation, packing , documentation and export of trophies from Namibia by a Taxidermy
Transfers to other hunting areas or tourist attractions

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. SCI-SFC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until SCI-SFC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

Bidders’ names and addresses to which the merchandise must be delivered may not be changed after date of sale.

SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL – SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER (SCI-SFC)
The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCI-SFC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCI-SFC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCI-SFC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCI-SFC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

The high bidder acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by DSC, DSCF or FRONTLINE and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets or other weapons to secure a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCI-SFC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCI-SFC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCI-SFC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. SCI-SFC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
• SCI-SFC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the SCI-SFC for auction items would be tax deductible.

12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR SCI-SFC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the SCI-SFC Fundraiser, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the SCI-SFC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The SCI-SFC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of SCI-SFC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by SCI-SFC. If a refund or credit is approved by the SCI-SFC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to SCI-SFC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of SCI-SFC and all Board decisions are final.
