Description:
Dzombo Hunting Safaris is offering a 5-Day Cape Buffalo safari for one (1) hunter. The hunt will be conducted in the Nyae Nyae Conservancy which was once described as the original African Eden, also known as the “Bushman’s Paradise”. Offering nearly 9,000 square kilometers of communal conservation area that is close to the Botswana border and the Okavango Delta. The Nyae Nyae Conservancy is named after the pans located at the northernmost tip of the Kalahari Desert, which fill up with rainwater at the end of summer. These pans attract large numbers of animals, from Africa’s biggest elephants to apex predators and many species of gazelle and antelope, thus making it a hunter’s paradise.
Dzombo Hunting Safaris was established in 2016 by Japsie Blaauw, a native of southern Namibia. Growing up in the vast, arid Kalahari landscape, Japsie learned at a young age the importance of conservation and what our role is in protecting nature. Today, Dzombo operates in 8 different countries, and has access to 8,5 million acres of free-range concessions.

Additional Animals may be taken per price list while on the hunt.
The arrival point for the hunt is Windhoek, Namibia.
Airport to camp transfer can be accommodated at a cost of $550 per person.
Included:
Accommodation in safari-style lodging/4 Star chalet, with three meals per day. Also included is all trophy prep, guide services, skinners, trackers, and house staff.
**Also included with this offering is a 14-Day individual medical membership. The certificate may be used as credit toward an upgrade, such as extending travel period, including security or adding family members.**
Not Included:
Trophy Fees for any additional game species taken (per price list); International and domestic flights; Alcohol while on the hunt; ground transport from airport to camp; dipping, packing, taxidermy and shipping; accommodation before/after safari; and tips for staff.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Lubbock SCI is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
Lubbock SCI has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, Lubbock SCI does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the Lubbock SCI donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to Lubbock SCI with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to Lubbock SCI within 12 months of the auction date.
Lubbock SCI does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of Lubbock SCI or Safari Club International (SCI). Lubbock SCI and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that Lubbock SCI and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can Lubbock SCI or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
Lubbock SCI reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and Lubbock SCI, so please bid generously!
