Jacobus van der Merwe of Hawk-Eye Safaris is donating a 14 Day Leopard hunt for 1 hunter, which includes the trophy fees for 1 Leopard and 2 Hartman (Mountain) Zebra. This is a true free-range leopard hunt over bait, with a very high success rate.
Your leopard hunt will take place in a hunting area which spans over roughly 200,000 acres, that is home to a dense population of leopards. The area is a magnificent free-range concession, that is impossible to tame because of its ruggedness and your hunt will be conducted from a luxury tented camp, providing you with a true classic African Dark Continent Safari experience.
Included: Day rates for a 14 day safari, 1 leopard ($4,000 refunded if shot is not taken), 2 Hartman zebra, all meals, drinks, daily laundry service, 2x1 PH & Staff, field preparation of trophies and VAT.
Notice: Jacobus van der Merwe and his team at Hawk-Eye Safaris are so confident that they can get you on your leopard, that Jacobus is offering you a $4,000 refund if your hunt is completed and no shot on leopard has been taken.
Not Included: Observers $250 per day, Additional hunters $400 per day, day rates and trophy fees, tips and gratuities, airport transfer of $350 per person, crating, shipping of trophies and accommodations before and after safari.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
SCI-AK is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
SCI-AK has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-AK does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the SCI-AK donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-AK with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-AK within 12 months of the auction date.
SCI-AK does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of SCI-AK or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-AK and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-AK and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-AK or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
SCI-AK reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and SCI-AK, so please bid generously!
