Roger Jorgensen of Worldwide Trophy Adventures is offering a 7-day Yucatan Jungle Ocellated Turkey Hunt for 2 Hunters, which includes 1 turkey per hunter.
This 7-day Mexico jungle hunt for Ocellated Turkey is donated by Worldwide Trophy Adventures, and our very own Roger Jorgensen. The hunt is conducted in the Yucatan peninsula. The 7-day, 6-night, 5 hunting days trip includes the trophy fee for one Ocellated Turkey, other species from the area can be added on trophy fee basis. Each day you head out with the target of a turkey, but you truly never know what you may see. Some species found in their 200,000-acre hunting area include great curassow, crested guan, tinamou, chachalaca, forest cougar, and, although rare, red and grey brocket deer. The area’s biodiversity is unmatched, with a conjunction of tropical forests ranging from high, medium, and low jungles. Hunters will fly from the States to Merida, Mexico, and take the pre-arranged passenger van or car to Campeche, Mexico, where you’ll stay Saturday night before being met Sunday morning for the drive to the jungle camp. You can begin your hunt that evening and hunt through the week before returning to Campeche on Saturday for the return trip home on Sunday.
Included: Outfitter pick-up in Campeche, 6-nights accommodations, 5 full days of 1-on-1 guided hunting, meals, beverages (beer with meal in moderation), camp accommodations, 4×4 vehicles, and in-field trophy care.

The hunting area is part of one of the largest jungle masses in the world. Besides the south of Campeche and Quintana Roo, it also includes the east of Tabasco, the Lacandona jungle of Chiapas, the Peten region of Guatemala, Belize and the north part of Honduras. It is a blend of tropical forests ranging from high, medium and low jungles, with a biodiversity that sustains one of the largest range of animal species from big cats like the jaguar, the ocelot, and the jaguarundi to rare animals like the tapir or the anteater. Howler and spider monkeys, crocodiles, and more that 400 species of birds are also part of the vast collection of species found in this mysterious land.
