This is a hunting trip for one (1) hunter with 1X2 guide service. The winning bidder will trav-el to the home of the Vaqueros, the Mexican Cowboys. Obregon, in western Mexico, will be your home for 3 Days & 4 Nights. You will fish the famous Lake Oviachic for bass, and shoot the skies for the challenging Mexican doves and ducks. Spend one day chasing bass that can reach double digit size, and the other two days shooting doves and ducks. There are 4 species of doves - white wing, mourning, collared and purple dove - making a variety of opportunities that will make you feel like a champion wing shot. Bass fishing includes your own bass boat, guide, tackle and cold refreshments to enjoy the beautiful desert surroundings. This trip includes lodging at a Mexi-can 4-Star hotel in Obregon, traditional Vaquero meals, and all transportation during your stay once you arrive in Obregon. One full day of offshore fishing in the Sea of Cortez is available as a great add-on for your adventure.

All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Lubbock SCI is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
Lubbock SCI has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, Lubbock SCI does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the Lubbock SCI donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to Lubbock SCI with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to Lubbock SCI within 12 months of the auction date.
Lubbock SCI does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of Lubbock SCI or Safari Club International (SCI). Lubbock SCI and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that Lubbock SCI and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can Lubbock SCI or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
Lubbock SCI reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and Lubbock SCI, so please bid generously!
