1 Hunter for 5-Day Black Bear Hunt
The winner of this hunt has his choice of a Hound Hunt or a Bait Hunt. If he chooses to hunt over bait, he must bring 1 additional hunter at $3379. Trapping is also available for a OMM second bear at additional cost. Contact outfitter for details. Hunt can be upgraded to include upland bird, goose hunting and fishing. OMM Outfitters strives for quality and not quantity, taking very few bear hunters per week. You can choose the OMM'S exclusive boat access black bear hunt for an additional $400. Go by boat to your stand and enjoy the solitude of a hunt within the Eagle Lake State Reserve. Method of take is hunter's choice. Baited hunts start the last week of August; hound hunts start in late September into October. Bait hunts average 80% success and average nearly 100% on hound hunts. Included: Lakeside Log Cabins with private bath, fine cuisine, guides, and 2- way radios. Not Included: Gratuities, License ($180), and processing. Hunt can be taken in 2024 or 2025. Arrival day is Sunday, leave on Saturday. Spouses and children are welcome. Cost of extra hound hunters $5000 and non-hunters $1300. Presque Isle Airport pick up $150/trip if flying. 1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and the identity of the purchaser of any item.
2.DISPUTED BID: If after the auctioneer declares any item 'sold', a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
4.By making a purchase, the purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5.The purchaser is responsible for contacting the Outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt or trip, and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations is allowed. Consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the regular price. 6.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
7.If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
