We want hunters and outfitters to have a positive experience.
Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donations may not be sold, transferred, or combined on one trip with another hunt unless outfitters and chapter agree prior to auction.
Jared Habel and MJ Design have donated this one-of-a-kind piece of furniture to our banquet.
Jared is a long-time SCI supporter and advocate for wildlife conservation and youth hunter education. He started the Utah Chapter of Dallas Safari Club in 2023 and his support for our chapter has only grown since. He is an owner in MJ Design, a custom cabinet and furniture making contractor. He is also an owner in Huntingtheworld.com.
The Table
This stunning hand-crafted coffee table combines the natural beauty of live edge cherry wood with the modern appeal of resin artistry. The rich, warm tones of the cherry slab highlight the intricate grain patters, while a crystal-clear resin river seamlessly flows through the center, enhancing its organic design.
Embedded within the resin is a commemorative SCI belt buckle and carefully placed 300 Winchester Magnum cartridges, adding a unique and bold statement to this custom piece. The table is finished with a high-gloss protective coating, ensuring durability while accentuating the wood’s natural luster.
Supported by sleek, custom metal legs, this table blends rustic charm, with industrial elegance, making it a perfect centerpiece for any living space, hunting lodge, or collector’s showcase.
