Limcroma Safaris
The donation provides a 10 day Plains Game safari for 2 hunters in the Limpopo Province of South Africa Includes trophy fees for 2 species per hunter.
Each hunter has the choice of the following 2 species: 1 Zebra or Blue Wildebeest and 1 Impala, Blesbuck or Warthog.
This donation can be scheduled for 2025 or 2026!
Additional Safari Details
Hunters are responsible for the following:
- Airfare from the United State to Johannesburg International Airport in South Africa
- Round-trip transportation from Johannesburg OR Tambo International Airport to Limcroma
- Safaris private game lodge at the rate of $600.00 per group.
- Any pre or post safari accommodations.
- Additional hunters are welcome at the reduced rate of $400.00 per day.
- Additional observers are welcome at the reduced rate of $250.00 per day.
- Please note that Limcroma Safaris must charge a daily rate in the amount of $250.00 per day for each non-hunting guest or observer accompanying hunters on safari.
- Limcroma Safaris in available to assist with arranging day excursions, sightseeing, shopping, and exclusive tours for non-hunting guests and companions.
- Exclusive private tours can be arranged to Kruger National Park, Pilanesberg Game Reserve, Sun City Resort, Winelands tours, Garden Route tours, excursions to cultural villages and townships, Cape Town, Victoria Falls and countless other extraordinary destinations during your stay at an additional cost.
- Tips and gratuities for the Professional Hunter, tracker/skinner, and camp staff are appreciated.
- In order to secure your safari dates on our calendar, Limcroma requests a $1,000.00 deposit per hunter.
- This deposit is credited toward your safari and can be used for additional plains game species, tips/gratuities, or any other costs incurred.

Where shipping is required it will be the bidders responsibility to pay for the shipping.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items,
including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is
specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor
may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all
necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses
and/or permits.
Failure to make necessary arrangements may constitute forfeiture.
(CV-SCI) is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
(CV-SCI) has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services;
however, CV-SCI does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the (CV-SCI) donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted
to (CV-SCI) with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the
available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed
what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of
this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests
the subject documents formally in writing to (CV-SCI) within 12 months of the auction date.
(CV-SCI) does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period
of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of
acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid
up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is”, including any faults or defects, and without
any express or implied warranty on the part of (CV-SCI) or Safari Club International (SCI). (CV-SCI) and
SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that (CV-SCI) and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any
political unrest, epidemic or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can (CV-
SCI) or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and
all circumstances.
(CV-SCI) reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and
other core missions of SCI and (CV-SCI), so please bid generously!
