This unique winter hunt is conducted with argos and/or in a traditional way using dog sleds. Badgerland Chapter President Randy Mayes as well as other chapter members recently hunted with this outfitter on their summer/fall hunt. This hunt does NOT require you to be in good physical condition. The musk ox are plentiful and a joy to stalk! At 3 days of actual hunting, this may seem like a short hunt. It is, but one thing to take into consideration is that the weather is very stable. A day of hunting is seldom lost to weather. The other factor that makes this musk ox hunt 100% successful in most years is the very high population. This hunt includes all meals, comfortable cabin lodging and guiding (1on 1). This hunt can be taken during available dates from approximately March 1 - April 6 2025 or 2026. It includes the trophy fee for one musk ox. You can add a second musk ox for only $2500. Ptarmigan and arctic hare are also available for $150. This hunt can be done with bow or rifle. It is easy to transport a regular compound or recurved bow to Greenland. Firearms however are difficult as travel is generally through Denmark. The outfitter has gun rental available for $150 which includes ammo. You will fly into Kangerlussuaq, Greenland. From there your transportation to camp is included. Not included is your transportation to Kangerlussuaq, one night hotel in Kangerlussuaq (aprox. $175) and shipping or your trophie ( s ) . The winning bidder can take up to five hunters at the same price as the winning bid. The price for the additional hunters is paid directly to the outfitter. Value $8500 USD

PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. All non-hunt items must be picked up the day of sale or raffle. All hunt information packages must be picked up upon payment. BE SURE YOU GET YOUR HUNT PACKET FROM THE CASHIER. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them. Items or hunts not picked up will be considered a ‘no sale’ item.
