Description:
This is your opportunity to experience the incredible South American dove hunting that you've read about or watched in videos. David Denies Bird Hunting, widely regarded as the finest bird hunting outfitter in all of South America, has generously donated this incredible hunt. Four hunters can choose from 6 dove hunting lodges located in Argentina or Uruguay. Lodge choices include: in Argentina---Pica Zuro, La Dormida, Cordoba, Tucuman, or Santiago del Estero, in Uruguay--Carmelo Lodge. All 6 lodges are world class destinations, owned and operated by South America's premier outfitter. The hunting is year-round and there are no limits. You can expect to shoot 1,000 rounds everyday if you desire.
Included:
4 days/3 nights accommodations to the lodge of "your choice", 6 guided hunts, gourmet meals, full open bar, 1 x 1 bird guide, all transportation during the hunt, all taxes. The donation is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The season is year-round and there are no blackout dates.
Not Included:
Transfers to/from the nearest airport serving the lodge plus land use fees ($595 per person), hunting license ($85 per day), gun rental, shells, and tips. Additional days and hunters can be added at normal rates. Note-donation is for hunters only. Non-hunters may be added based upon availability at normal rates.

Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).
All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.
The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.
If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.
It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.
Lubbock SCI is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.
Lubbock SCI has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, Lubbock SCI does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.
All donors provided notice on the Lubbock SCI donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to Lubbock SCI with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to Lubbock SCI within 12 months of the auction date.
Lubbock SCI does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.
A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.
Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.
The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of Lubbock SCI or Safari Club International (SCI). Lubbock SCI and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.
The winning bidder acknowledges that Lubbock SCI and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can Lubbock SCI or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.
Lubbock SCI reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.
All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and Lubbock SCI, so please bid generously!
