Beef and pork prices are skyrocketing, and this is a great way to save money.
The beef is hanging in the cooler with an approximate final weight of 560 pounds.
Call Dylan on Monday to give him your specific cutting instructions.
The pig’s final weight will be about 175 pounds approximately and will include hams, sausage, bacon, roasts, spareribs, pork chops, and smoked hocks.
