Dylan Lencioni from 406 Processing has generously donated half beef and a pig, vacuum packed and ready to eat. Beef and pork prices are skyrocketing and this is a great way to save money. The beef is hanging in the cooler with an approximate final weight of 560 pounds. Call Dylan on Monday to give him your specific cutting instructions.
