Seven (7) days for one hunter, includes Trophy Fee for TWO Roe Deer! Spring roe deer hunt on some of the most famous estates in Scotland is no doubt one of the most unique, exclusive, and prestigious experiences that today's hunter will find. Since first allowing someone other than their own personal friends, family, and guests to hunt on their estates, International Adventures Unlimited has had the exclusive right to hunt roe deer on these properties.
This donated package includes all airport transfers, meals, lodging at the luxurious Loch Kinord Hotel, guides, and the complete hunting package that includes the harvesting and trophy fees for TWO (2) bucks. Hunt is good for open dates May-June 2024 if available, or other dates by mutual agreement. Arrival and departure point is Edinburgh Scotland. Not included are airfare, alcohol, trophy prep, transportation of trophies to shipper. Additional hunters are welcome at a $1,000 discount from the normal charge, non-hunters at $3,450. If interested, the successful bidder and guests may play a round of golf and or ride horses, as extras to this great package. Guided tours for hunters and non-hunters are all part of their packages. The following provisions will apply to Bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Online Bidders must complete an online registration for approval. A credit card must be provided. You must also provide the CVV security code for the registered Credit Card.
2. This is an auction with reserve. Successful bids must meet the established reserve amount, if any, to win the item. The highest bidder’s credit card on file will be charged the full amount of each successful bid (that meets the established reserve).
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The highest bidder is subject to a 4% Credit Card/Transaction fee. This is added onto the value of the winning lot.
3. Online Bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
4. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
5. If Bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, Bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased. Users agree that any arbitration or remedies sought in any way will be initiated within the closest local jurisdiction within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
6. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International reserves the right to terminate Bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict Bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.
7. ALL ITEMS SOLD THROUGH MID-ATLANTIC BOWHUNTERS CHAPTER OF SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL ARE RECEIVED FROM THIRD PARTY VENDORS.
SERVICES: ALL SERVICES, HUNTS OR OTHERWISE, IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS, HAVE BEEN ACQUIRED FOR AND ARE TO BE FURNISHED BY THIRD PARTIES AND CONTAIN THE SAME RESERVATION SET FORTH UNDER “GOODS” ABOVE. THE SERVICES IN THE LIVE AUCTIONS ARE SOLD “AS IS” WITH ALL FAULTS AND DEFECTS, AND WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON THE PART OF MABC-SCI. 9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International`s or Bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a Bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. Mid-Atlantic Bowhunters Chapter of Safari Club International may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
