Lodges and Service
We'll meet you at Santiago del Estero Airport and drive you to La Pichona or Charca Lodge, just about 20 miles from the city.
Dove hunting takes place in our fields, about 7 miles from the lodge, in which pigeon and "charata" can also be shot and golden "dorado" fished according to the season. Paso de Oscares Duck House, our new lodge in the duck hunting area is about two hours drive from La Pichona and Charca Lodges.
The lodges comfortably accommodate up to sixteen people, offering a pleasant stay. All rooms (double or triple) with private bathroom, and air conditioning, as well as heating. Wi-fi also available.
All the meals, made by our chef, give our guests the chance to taste the best Argentinean beef and wines, as well as the daily hunt.
We can book hotel and shuttle service in Buenos Aires to avoid loss of time and inconvenience on arrival and make all the necessary arrangements if you wished to visit the city or enjoy a Dinner Tango Show.
ACCESS
Once you arrive in Buenos Aires (Ezeiza International Airport), you'll need a domestic flight to Santiago del Estero, departing from Aeroparque Newbery.[/b] The connection between airports takes one hour thirty minutes. You can take a regular shuttle service or we can offer a private service with English-speaking driver, who will give airport assistance if necessary, which we highly recommend. Flights to SDE are operated by Aerolineas Argentinas and depart daily in the afternoon, while return to BUE is after breakfast. On arrival in Argentina, you'll need to land in BUE before 12:00pm to catch the BUE-SDE flight without inconvenience. American Airlines and United Airlines and Latam are the most frequently used by our American hunters.

To book a hunting date, the party will wire USD 1,500. Each member of the party arriving at the lodge will have USD300 on his/her account to be refunded in shells, prior payment of the hunting permit (USD100). This money is non- transferable to the other members of the party (either hunters or non-hunters) or refundable in case a hunter decides not to take the hunting trip.
If additional hunters want to join in, they will wire USD500 as down payment to have a hunting date booked. This will be added to the initial USD 1,500 of the original group.
For parties smaller than 5, an available date will be assigned by Wingshooting Unlimited.

Shipping arrangements/payments are solely between winning bidder and the shipper of their choice. SCI-SFC assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until SCI-SFC bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.

SAFARI CLUB INTERNATIONAL – SOUTH FLORIDA CHAPTER (SCI-SFC)
The following provisions will apply to bidders participating in online bidding:
1. Winner’s credit card on file will charged the full amount for each successful bid. Winner will receive an immediate email acknowledgement at the conclusion of the bidding phase followed by a paid invoice once their payment has processed.
2. In the event the card is declined, SCI-SFC will make one attempt to contact the winner to obtain a new form of payment. If the bidder cannot be reached, SCI-SFC may, in its sole and absolute discretion, re-sell the affected item. Online bidders are encouraged to remain available via cell phone during the bidding process.
3. Online winners will be assessed a Buyer's Premium (5% or $250, whichever is less) on the total winning bid amount for each online purchase. The Buyer’s Premium will be included in the total charged for each item.
4. Online bidders agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of any transaction being conducted during the online auction.
5. SCI-SFC reserves the right, for any reason, in its sole discretion, to terminate, change or suspend any aspect of the online auction.
6. If bidder dissatisfaction occurs with the online auction in any way, bidder’s only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the online auction before items have been purchased.
7. SCI-SFC reserves the right to terminate bidder registration and use of the online auction, and impose limits on certain features of the online auction or restrict bidder access to, or use of, part or the entire online auction without notice or penalty.

9. Bidder acknowledges that the online auction bidding phase is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. SCI-SFC will not be responsible for error or failures to execute bids placed via the internet, including, without limitation, errors or failures caused by (i) a loss of connection on SCI-SFC`s or bidder`s end (ii) a breakdown or problems with the online bidding software and /or (iii) a breakdown or problems with a bidder`s internet connection, computer or system. SCI-SFC does not accept liability for failure to execute any online bid or for errors or omissions in connection therewith.
10. SCI-SFC may void any sale, temporarily suspend bidding and re-sell any goods that were affected by any malfunction.
11. CHARITABLE DEDUCTION QUALIFICATIONS
• SCI-SFC is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization and not listed as a charitable organization under the United States Internal Revenue Code. Therefore, in accordance with IRS regulations, no payments or donations made to the SCI-SFC for auction items would be tax deductible.

12. AUCTION CREDIT POLICY FOR SCI-SFC. Disputes regarding auction items purchased during the SCI-SFC Fundraiser, or at any other time, shall be submitted to the SCI-SFC Board in writing and shall detail the basis for the dispute and the grounds supporting a refund. The SCI-SFC Board may, in its sole and absolute discretion, approve an auction credit for the amount paid, deny relief, or, in extraordinary circumstances, approve a refund of the amount paid. Without limitation, credits or refunds will not be given if the auction winner is unable to utilize the purchased item in the time described in the auction description due to illness, work conflicts, personal or family conflicts or death(s), travel delays or cancellations or any other similar matters affecting the auction buyer that are outside of the control of SCI-SFC auction credit policy will not apply to any auction item for which the Donor and Buyer alter or vary the terms set forth for the item in the auction catalog or any other description of the auction item prepared and/or disseminated by SCI-SFC. If a refund or credit is approved by the SCI-SFC Board for any auction item the proceeds of which are to be paid to or split with any third party beneficiary, the refund or credit will not exceed the net amount allocable to SCI-SFC for such item. All credit or refund decisions are within the sole discretion of the Board of SCI-SFC and all Board decisions are final.
