Outfitters have generously donated the hunts offered in our auction. If you purchase a hunt, you are responsible for contacting the outfitter to identify yourself as the winning bidder and to clarify the details regarding the outfitter’s donation. Please consider adding days and/or animals, or bring an additional hunter at the Outfitter's regular price.
One lucky hunter will have 5 days to pursue Trophy Mule Deer or Trophy Whitetail Deer on this Colorado Eastern Plains hunt donated by Jack Cassidy. Jack Cassidy is 2015 Safari Club's North American Professional Hunter of the Year and has won the Best of Species Mule Deer for several years. All deer licenses in Colorado are on a draw basis, with several preference points needed to obtain an Eastern Plains Deer License. This donation includes use of landowner voucher and ensures the hunter can obtain a license. This very limited opportunity to obtain a license, without years of waiting and gathering preference points, provides a unique opportunity for the winning bidder to have the chance to add a big buck to their trophy room. The Two Buttes Ranch Association contains several ranches with property adjoining the Kansas border and housing some Whitetail Bucks in the 170 SCI range. Further to the East, the hunter will find a mix of Mule Deer and Whitetail Deer on property that is closer to the mountains. Mule Deer habitat, located at the foot of the mountains, is where bucks in the 180 class are waiting for the lucky hunter who is the winning bidder. You will have your choice of ranches to hunt, including the Painted Canyon, Two Buttes, and Long Canyon ranches. Hunt to be scheduled during the 2023 or 2024 hunting season. Hunt dates are determined by available openings at ranch selected with the ranch selection dependent on available land owner preference licenses and outfitter's openings. Includes: All lodging and food during hunt, 1x1 guided hunting on private land in Eastern Colorado, landowner preference license. Not Included: Non-resident hunting license ($330), transportation to the hunting camp, and personal gear. Additional hunters are welcome at outfitter's price of $8500. Limited landowner preference licenses are available, or if hunter has several preference points, they can draw their own license.

1.The auctioneer has the final authority on the amount paid for any item and with identifying the purchaser of any item.
2. If after the auctioneer declares any item "sold", a contest arises between bidders as to who was the successful bidder, the auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bidding on the contested item.
3.ACSCI has exercised reasonable care and prudence in the selection of auction and raffle items, but cannot accept liability for their use, or misuse, and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety or function either expressed or implied. ACSCI cannot be held responsible for typographical errors.
4. The purchaser waives any claim for liability against ACSCI or the donor of any property or service, and neither ACSCI nor the donor is responsible for any personal injuries or damages to property that may result from the utilization of any property or services sold. If any action or claim is made against ACSCI by an individual, entity, or state, local, federal, foreign or political body for any matter whatsoever arising from the use of the auctioned items, or any actions or parties conducting business with respect to the auctioned items, the donor and/or purchaser will pay ACSCI’s attorney fees and costs and will hold ACSCI harmless from any judgments thereon.
5. The purchaser is responsible for contacting the outfitter to identify as the winning bidder of the hunt and to clarify the details regarding the donation. No back-to-back combination of hunt donations. Please remember to thank the outfitter for their support of the Adirondack-Catskill Chapter of SCI.
6. If you will be traveling out of the state or country for your hunt, it is your responsibility to learn the rules, regulations and laws of any State or Country where you will be traveling to/from. This includes but is not limited to visas, passports, trophy importation, firearms, medical requirements, and legal restraints to entering/leaving a country. ACSCI is not responsible for any problems you may encounter during your travels. No refund of your purchase will be considered based on your lack of due diligence when planning your trip.
7. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON ANY ITEM. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE SATISFACTION OF THE DONOR OR THE BUYER.
