- The tent size is 10x12, includes frame
- 3" Heavy Duty Webbing sewn into all eaves, ridge corners and peaks.
- 1.5" Heavy Duty Webbing sewn into grommet hem.
- FUNCTIONAL GROMMETS
- Double grommets along eaves for added security.
- Grommets in front/back of peak to secure tent to frame with eyebolt. FlyÕs have matching grommets.
- RIDGE POLE OPENING
- Zippered peak opening for extended awning or cookshack frame attachment
- SOD CLOTH
- 9" 18oz heavy-duty vinyl around perimeter of tent to keep pests and water out
- 3-WAY ZIPPERED CANVAS AND SCREEN DOORS
- Allows for easy entry/exit and near complete opening of doors
- WEATHER FLAP
- Canvas flap over zippers to protect from elements. Secured with fireman buckle snaps.
- NO-SEEUM SCREEN WINDOWS
- Phifer Fiberglass 20x20 No-See Um Screen - Silver gray color.
- Canvas flaps zip close inside the tent and have tie down rope to secure flap when open. Flaps inside the tent allows for closure during weather.
- FIBERGLASS STOVE PIPE SHIELD
- 5" Oval Fiberglass Stove Pipe Shield for added flame/heat protection around stove pipe.

In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Phoenix Chapter of SCI and bidders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
