This is a 3-day, 4-night, 1x1 hunt for two hunters on a 440-acre compound for two northeastern whitetail deer scoring up to 170". Included are a $2,400 credit toward the daily fees and a $1,000 trophy fee credit per hunter. Each hunter must pay $7,000 upon completion of the hunt. Method of take is the hunter’s choice. Lodging, meals, guide service and transportation of trophies to a local meat processor and/or taxidermist are part of the package as well as fishing opportunities on sixteen lakes and four streams. The hunt can be upgraded to higher scoring or multiple deer. Briarwood is located 45 minutes northwest of Columbus, Ohio. Pick up and drop off from the airport in Columbus or Dayton is $200. Auction items not paid in full this evening will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to
1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event.
2) obtain proper licenses and permits.
3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.

In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
