Due to strict regulations on BlueFin Tuna, this is mainly a catch and release experience. This changes if the fishing occurs on a commercial day, but the boat keeps the fish due to the regulations. That being said, if the fish is under 73 inches then you can keep the fish yourself and decide how you would like to process and ship the catch. Just to be completely transparent, it is not often that a Bluefin is under the 73 inch threshold.
