Peter Allegra has donated a 2-day, 1x1 trophy Axis Deer hunt for one hunter and one non-hunter at Buffalo Creek Ranch in the Texas Hill Country, 100 miles northwest of San Antonio. Hunt the rugged Texas Hill Country for Axis Deer, considered one of the most beautiful deer in the world. Axis, originally native to India, were introduced to Texas decades ago and are now among the most prolific exotic species in Texas. Since 1992, Buffalo Creek Ranch has served hunters from around the world. Ranch owner, Peter Allegra, will be your host. Trophy quality is expected to be excellent. This hunt may be taken year-round, although May through October are the prime months. This is a firearm only hunt. Hunter's choice of firearm (rifle, muzzleloader or handgun). Deluxe accommodations, meals, trophy fees for one Axis Deer, field prep, 1x1 guide services and $100 taxidermy credit (must be redeemed at Neal Coldwell Taxidermy, Kerrville, TX) are included. This hunt may be extended or upgraded to include any of the forty (40) species of game offered, based upon the current price list (www.buffalocreekranch.com). Additional hunters may be added at $500 per day + trophy fees. Additional non-hunters may be added for $250/night. Transportation during the hunt is mostly vehicle and foot. A Texas 5-day exotic hunting license ($50) will be required and is not included in the donation. Arrival/Departure point is Buffalo Creek Ranch, Leakey, TX.
BONUS: Buffalo Creek Ranch Inc. takes only 1 hunting party at a time so you will have the ranch to yourselves.

This really helps out these outfitters and hunting companies that are trying to help us! With few exceptions, these donors are not wealthy philanthropists, but rather they donate to help wildlife, ensure the future of our sport, and generate new business for themselves. Please do what you can to help!
2. We do our best to solicit donated hunts only from competent outfitters. However, we do not guarantee the quality or success of any hunt purchased at this auction. All of this said, it is important to note that hunts purchased at our auction generally go very well, with both the donor and the buyer being well satisfied. Certain trips such as mountain hunts or spot and stalk hunts require a high level of physical fitness to maximize the opportunity for success. Other trips, such as game ranch hunts, are not physically demanding.
3. If you are unable to attend our live auction in person and wish to place bids for live auction items, you may submit a bid online by establishing an account and providing payment information through our third party online auction representative.
