Insurance and Medical Expenses
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
A deposit of USD 1,000 required to book dates per hunter non-refundable. This deposit will be credit towards: Government tags per trophy, Extra Trophies, Gun Rental, Ammunition, Transfers.
Extras such as additional animals taken during the hunt, hunting license and trophy tags for the animals taken can be paid in U.S. dollars cash, or wire transfer before the hunter leaves the ranch. A USD 1,000 Deposit towards the extra trophy fees outside the donation is required to apply for the Government Trophy Tags for the Season. (If the hunter don t apply for the Tags there is a chance to be limit on their number of trophies to be harvest.) Balance must be paid 45 days before arrival. Trophies that are not hunted will be refund.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Logistic:
Hunters will fly to Buenos Aires, Argentina capital. Then our team will help
arrange all Argentina logistics: Hunters will fly into Parana Airport a day before the
experience starts (1 hour flight from Buenos Aires International Airport). At Parana Airport our staff will be waiting to drive the group to the lodge. Once at the lodge, the group will rest until next morning where the breakfast will be served and the
experience starts.
Hunting & Lodging:
Hunting method is usually spot and stalk, 2x1 guide, hunting hours are daylight. At the lunch time, after a morning spotting and stalking animals, our international chefs will be waiting with snacks, national and game dishes and local world class wines. After lunch, hunters can take a nap to be ready for the afternoon hunt until twilight. Then, dinner will be waiting, surrounded by drinks, conversations and laughs by the side of our huge fire pit.
The Lodge:
Our lodge is an historical estancia of Corrientes state. Located in the heart of the Mesopotamia, Catena's ranch is the perfect place to live this unique experience. Double based rooms with private bathrooms, warm water, electricity, Wifi (internet), laundry service and high quality wine and food is what you'll expect.

PAYMENT must be made the day of purchase. Trips purchased online will have the hunt packet emailed to them.
Online bidders: The Purchaser (winning bidder) of any merchandise items will be responsible for the cost, with payment in advance, of any shipping, crating, packaging and insurance associated with delivery.

Auction hunt buyers must be flexible as some dates are inevitably booked by the outfitter or professional hunter. Chapter does not guarantee the satisfaction of the buyer or the donor, the size or number of trophy animals or the buyer‘s shooting ability.
