Expectations of hunters:
1) Bring another hunter and extend the hunt if feasible
2) Hunt from the outfitter's price list after harvesting donated trophies if additional game are
available and tip generously
Donations may not be combined on one trip unless outfitters agree prior to auction.
John Venesia and Catena Safaris Argentina are again inviting two hunters/anglers from our chapter to Argentina for a five-day Cast N Blast Adventure.
Catena has provided world class Argentina hunting for over 15 years and is a strong SCI supporter with donations to our chapter and many others every year. They boast a long list of high-quality trophy big game on their ranch, including 600 SCI-class red stags. This package includes four free-range hunting days with trophy fees for a wild boar included - hunters to take at least one additional trophy from price list. It also includes a day of Golden Dorado fishing.
Hunters will fly to Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Catena team will help arrange all logistics: Hunters will fly into Parana Airport a day before the experience starts (1 hour flight from Buenos Aires International Airport). At Parana Airport Catena staff will be waiting to drive the group to the Estancia Laguna Lodge in Corrientes State. Once at the lodge, the group will rest until next morning where the breakfast will be served and the experience starts.
Included: Five full days lodging based on double rooms, trophy fees for one wild boar for each hunter, one day fishing for each hunter, professional guide, world-class cuisine, family wines, beverages, English-speaking host, Wi-Fi, trophy field prep and transportation to the shipping broker in Buenos Aires.
Not Included: International airfare, local flight (estimated at $160 RT), additional animals (Water Buffalo, Axis Deer, Blackbuck), airport transfers, license ($340), trophy government tags for export ($150), rifle rental ($300/hunter including ammo-recommended as rifle permits are $600), caping/boiling ($60/trophy), full-body skinning ($150), laundry ($30), fishing license $160, trophy shipment, hard liquors, and gratuities.
Available Upgrades: Additional hunters $850/day, non-hunters $650/day, fishing days ($950/day), multiple species from price list.
Note: Each hunter is required to take at least one trophy from price list. $1,000/hunter deposit required to book dates.

Merchandise. SCI has obtained all merchandise/goods from Third Parties. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI makes no warranty and bears no responsibility for the quality, quantity, or fitness for any use of any merchandise, as all are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Purchaser understands and agrees that SCI has not inspected or tested any merchandise and Purchaser agrees to assume all responsibility for the testing and use of the merchandise.
