The areas you hunt on and the lodge you stay in will be exclusively for you, your family or your friends. You will have complete privacy for the duration of your Hunting Safari. At the airport you will be met immediately by our smiling, friendly faces that will help you with your luggage. During the drive to the lodge many questions and answers will be exchanged, and your comfort level will increase. Upon arrival at the lodge many more smiling faces will greet you and you will settle into an African Hunting Safari and the adventure of a lifetime. All Safaris are fully guided and customized to make your dream African Hunting Safari come true. Arrival point is Johannesburg South Africa; transportation is $400 each way from the airport. The trip can be extended for $500/hunter day, non-hunter $200 day. Field preparation is included. The range of trip dates includes January through November in 2026 or 2027. Location of hunt is Kwazulu-Natal South Africa. The ranch and the concessions with its 30+ different huntable big game species cover over 100000ha of pristine mountains, plains, and savannah. Most of these areas are wild free-range areas where both PH and client practice fair chase and share knowledge and reward. Hunting species include Southern Greater Kudu, and Bushbuck. Online Live Auction Policy
All sales are final. There will be no exchanges or refunds on auctioned hunts, services and/or items, including fishing trips (hereinafter “hunts”).

All such auctioned hunts must be used within the timeframe specified on the donation. If no date range is specified, all such hunts must be used within one year of the date of purchase or work with the outfitter to change the dates of the hunt.

The purchaser (winning bidder) must contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase.

If the purchaser fails to contact the donor within thirty (30) days of the date of this purchase, the donor may consider the donation invalid.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to contact the hunt and/or services donor immediately, make all necessary arrangements for dates, and submit the application for any necessary paperwork for licenses and/or permits.

SCI-GDC is not, and will not act as, a conduit or go-between between the purchaser and donor.

SCI-GDC has made reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of donated hunts, items, and other services; however, SCI-GDC does not guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the purchaser.

All donors provided notice on the SCI-GDC donation form, or other supporting documents they submitted to SCI-GDC with their donation, specifics regarding the duration (in days) of the hunt/service and the available date range for completion of the hunt or service offered in the donation. They also addressed what lodging/accommodations are offered and what trophy fees are included with the donation. A copy of this donation form (and/or supporting documents) will be provided to the winning bidder if he/she requests the subject documents formally in writing to SCI-GDC within 12 months of the auction date.

SCI-GDC does not guarantee or warrant that a trophy animal or any animal will be taken during the period of the hunt. Locating or taking an animal of any trophy quality or otherwise is not a condition of acceptance by the purchaser for the purchased hunt.

A person who bids on behalf of another person or group is responsible for payment in its entirety.

Several bid items have undisclosed reserve amounts. The seller or its designee reserves the right to bid up to, but not over, the undisclosed reserve amount.

The goods and services offered in the auction are sold “as is,” including any faults or defects, and without any express or implied warranty or guarantees on the part of SCI-GDC or Safari Club International (SCI). SCI-GDC and SCI make no warranties of fitness or merchantability.

The winning bidder acknowledges that SCI-GDC and SCI cannot be responsible for, or liable for, any political unrest, epidemic, acts of god, or instability that may occur inside or outside the United States, nor can SCI-GDC or SCI be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.

SCI-GDC. The winning bidder further acknowledges that his/her purchase is final and non-refundable under any and all circumstances.

SCI-GDC reserves the right to add/withdraw any item from the auction line-up.

All donations will be used for efforts to protect our hunting heritage, wildlife conservation projects, and other core missions of SCI and SCI-GDC, so please bid generously!
