The 4R Continental Pheasant Shoot is pure fun! The setting is beautiful, intimate and once you experience the event, it will seem like this little piece of heaven was created for this shoot. The course is designed to provide challenging shooting for the most experienced wing shooters.
There are 10 pegs. 6 of the pegs are set in the dry creek bottom of Bear Springs. The remaining 4 pegs are set up in the valley behind the creek as the "fail-safe" for any birds that make it past the creek. We draw for pegs prior to the shoot and rotate after each release of 15 birds. That ensures everyone gets a chance to enjoy each of the stations' unique challenging shots.

This is a one day hunt that must be taken on March 25, 2022. Hunters must arrive at Camp Mary Louise ranch lodge at 321 CR 211 in Hondo, Texas, at 8:00 a.m. This hunt does not include lodging but does include brunch on hunt day. Hunters must provide their own shotgun and ammunition.
