The Nashville Tractor, complimentary welcome basket, and
an experienced concierge team ready to answer any
questions you may have.
Our accommodations couldn’t be better. You will have a
private two bedroom / two bath property as your base for
the trip. It's close to everything Nashville offers, including
the middle of Broadway, which holds world renowned bars,
honky-tonks, restaurants, and other night life. Don’t feel
like battling the crowds? No worries, hang out on site. Our
property provides a full kitchen, balcony, wifi, TV, and all the
comforts of home. We planned every aspect of this trip with
you in mind.

• Check in on Wednesday, check out Sunday.
• Airfare is not included, airport pickup can be
arranged as an additional purchase.
• Trip must be taken within one year from date of
purchase.
• Holidays and CMA Fest dates, as well as more
days for your trip, are available upon request as
an upgrade. Dates to be mutually agreed upon
(first – come first – served).

Auction items not paid in full this evening will be resold or in the event of non-payment of any hunt,
cancellation will result.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to 1) contact the outfitter within 30 days after this event, 2) obtain proper licenses and permits and 3) arrange times and dates with the outfitter unless otherwise stated.
Items have a “value” stated for them. This is the customary charge made by the outfitter for this service or the retail price of goods which are offered, but is included here for reference purposes only.
In the event of a “tie” between bidders, the auctioneer may reopen the bidding between the two high bidders only. The person whose bid was not personally taken by the auctioneer will be the first asked to increase the bid, and the bidding will continue.
No goods sold at auction have been inspected by the Arizona Chapter of SCI and bidders are advised to exercise proper care before their use.
The goods covered by this auction are sold as is with all faults and defects and without any express or implied warranties on the part of the Arizona Chapter of SCI, including but not limited to, warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability.
