Based out of the charming town of Canyon, Texas, this 3-Day / 3-Night package combines a top-tier bucket list hunt with true Texas hospitality, gorgeous sunrises, and incredible company.

The Hunting Experience
Sandhill Cranes are notoriously intelligent and difficult to decoy, but you’ll be in the hands of an experienced, hard-working crew. Every evening, your guides scout the region to find the heaviest concentrations of birds, sending you the exact pin location for the next morning's pursuit.
• The Setup: Expect to drive up to an hour to reach the hotspot. When you arrive, the spread will be fully set and ready to rock.
• The Blind: As they say, "There ain’t much to hide behind in West Texas!" You will typically hunt out of layout blinds or brushed A-frame style blinds along irrigation turrets or ditches.
• Daily Limits: Up to 3 Sandhill Cranes and 5 Lesser Canada Geese per hunter.
• The Schedule: Hunts typically wrap up around 11:00 AM, leaving your afternoons wide open to relax, explore town, or catch a well-deserved nap before the hunting stories commence over dinner.
Lodging & Southern Hospitality
• Accommodations: Includes arrangements at a local hotel (Breakfast included with hotel stay).
• Evening Dining: After a day in the field, dinner is on us! Enjoy hearty meals and cold drinks served by our staff in a beautifully converted barn, or join us as we take you out to sample the cuisine at some of our favorite local restaurants.

Liability: Safari Club International – Arkansas Chapter has exercised reasonable care in the selection of auction items and raffles; however, it accepts no liability for the use or misuse and makes no warranty as to their suitability, safety, or function, either expressed or implied.
Return Policy: All sales are final. NO exchanges or refunds on any item! Every effort has been made to ensure the quality of items; however, we cannot guarantee the satisfaction of the donor or the buyer.
Hunt Donations: In reference to hunting donations, some specific dates are set by the donors; it is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements regarding dates and application for any required paperwork for licenses and permits. It is at the discretion of the outfitter whether or not to honour the purchase if no contact has been made within the 30-day limit. Additionally, the outfitter is under no obligation to facilitate a hunt outside of the timeframe indicated in the hunt description. Please do not purchase the hunt if you can not utilize the hunt within the time frame indicated in the hunt description!
Firearms: All firearms purchases must be picked up within 60 days of the auction
Shipping: Buyer are responsible for the shipping costs for any item purchased.
The donor or outfitter is notified of the winning bidder by the association. All online winning bidders will have the credit card processed immediately following the sale of the item and will receive an invoice regarding their purchase within 15 days of the close of the auction by email from the Online Hunting Auction Website. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact the donor within 30 days and make all the necessary arrangements.
