This hunt is for TWO HUNTERS to hunt Trophy Free Range Aoudad in West Texas. This hunt will take place on a large 37,000 acre private property located in the famous Chinati Mountains of West Texas. This area is rugged sheep country and home to a healthy population of Free Range Aoudad Sheep. Hunters can expect to take rams over the 30" mark. Hunters can also upgrade to hunt Free Range Scimitar Oryx and Javelina.

OUR HUNTS INCLUDE:
Nice lodging accommodations on or near the ranch you will be hunting
All non-alcoholic beverages, BYOB/BYOL
3 meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Airport Shuttle to and from the designated airport
All transportation while hunting
1 on 1 guide service
Skinning, caping, quartering of all game harvested
Delivery of all game to processor or taxidermist

BOOKING PROCEDURE
Upon booking your hunt, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your dates. License fees are not included in any of our hunt package prices. Remainder of the hunt balance and any required license fees, are due when you arrive on the first day of your hunt. Any extra animals or costs can be paid for on an as we go basis or at the end of your hunt. All hunt deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions! However, when acts of God meaning the weather, and circumstances out of our control are present, we will use our discretion to work with you to reschedule or put your deposit towards another hunt. We do not refund hunt deposits.

No services covered by the invoice are to or will be performed by BMCSCI. THE BMCSCI SHALL BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DELIVERY OF QUALITY OF ANY SUCH SERVICES OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM, RELATED TO OR CONNECTED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF SUCH SERVICES. THE PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IN THE EVENT SERVICES PURCHASED ARE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, BMCSCI CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY POLITICAL UNREST OR INSTABILITY THAT MAY OCCUR OUTSIDE THE CONFINES OF THE UNITED STATES NOR CAN BMCSCI BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES THAT MAY ARISE THEREFROM. This invoice and the terms and conditions hereto apply to and are binding on the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of both parties. This invoice contained the entire agreement between the parties and cannot be changed except buy a routing instrument subsequently executed by the parties thereto.
